United Airlines Targets Students, Parents and Educators in Hong Kong

United Airlines is offering special Economy Class fares for Hong Kong students, parents and academic exchange programs participants travelling to the United States.

Ticket holders must travel out of Hong Kong from July 4 to September 7, 2009 or from December 14 to 23, 2009.

Special fare tickets under this promotion are valid for one year and stopovers are not allowed. Fares are from Hong Kong to:

Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle, San Francisco from HK$4,300 one way and from HK$8,600 round trip

Denver, New Orleans, St. Louis, Tucson from HK$5,050 one way and from HK$10,100 round trip

Detroit, Las Vegas, Minneapolis, New York City, San Diego, Sacramento from HK$5,100 one way and from HK$10,200 return

Atlanta, Boston, Baltimore, Houston, Miami, Chicago, Philadelphia, Portland, Washington from HK$5,660 and from HK$11,320 round trip, and;

Boise, Eugene, Salt Lake City from HK$5,600 one way or from HK$11,200 round trip

Passengers must hold valid F1, F2, J1, J2 or M1 US visa to enjoy this promotion. All applicable taxes and fuel surcharges are not included in the above ticket prices.

Apart from this promotion, ticket holders may request additional allowance for one piece of extra baggage for outbound United Airlines flights from Hong Kong at least 24 hours prior to departure through ticketing agent.

United operates daily nonstop services between Hong Kong and the United States using Boeing 747-400 aircraft.
