Lyndon Phillips, a British sales and marketing specialist, has been appointed Sales Director of Royal Phuket Marina.

Lyndon was previously the Phuket based International Sales Manager and Head of Real Estate with Engel & Völkers (Thailand) Estate Agents.

Following a successful sales career with health care products, Lyndon moved into the property sector before heading for Asia in 2005 and a position with Engel & Völkers (Thailand), specialising in international sales of high-end Phuket property. He was also closely involved with the expansion of the global real estate brand in Thailand and South East Asia.

At fast-growing Royal Phuket Marina, his sales portfolio includes first-of-a-kind, ultra luxury, triplex ‘Aquaminium’ condominiums, distinguished by their private drive-in boat berths, and waterfront 'Luxury Villas' in their own private estates with 23 meter yacht berths beside the marina.

The first phase of 66 luxury condominiums and penthouses at Royal Phuket Marina was a sell-out success, with properties already commanding high premiums. The second phase is on sale now.

“Lyndon brings with him over two decades of executive experience in direct and business to business sales, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of Phuket which makes him an ideal partner for our future development plans. We are delighted to have him on board,” said Andrew Jordon, Director of Operations at Royal Phuket Marina.
