AIME 2010 Hosted and Semi Hosted Buyer Applications Open

Applications for AIME 2010’s Hosted and Semi Hosted Buyer Program is now open.

AIME 2010 will be held on 2 and 3 March at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Australia.

The event is expected to attract more than 850 exhibitors from 50 countries. In 2009, 467 buyers from 25 countries were hosted to AIME, where an estimated US$ 649 million was spent on global event bookings.

Buyers - including corporate, association, government, incentive, special events, exhibition and meeting planners - can apply for one of two categories.

Fully Hosted Buyers receive:

- 22 appointments over two days,
- Complimentary admission to the AIME Pre-Touring, the Crown Breakfast, the AIME Welcome Reception, the AIME Club Night and the dedicated Business Events Forum,
- Optional Post-Touring,
- Complimentary accommodation in Melbourne,
- Complimentary air travel and airport transfers.

In order to add further value to the program AIME’s Trade Buyer category has been replaced with a new Semi Hosted Buyer category.

Semi Hosted Buyers receive:

- 8 appointments per day,
- Optional one or two day attendance,
- Complimentary admission to the AIME Pre-Touring, the Crown Breakfast, the AIME Welcome Reception, the AIME Club Night and the dedicated Business Events Forum,
- Optional Post-Touring,
- Complimentary airport transfers and accommodation in Melbourne.

Buyers who register prior 31 October 2009 will receive a 10% discount on the registration fee.
