Kuoni Destination Management appoints New GM in India

Arvind Attri, 32, has been promoted to the position of General Manager for the Kuoni Destination Management global sales office in Mumbai, India.

In this position, the Indian national succeeds Devyani Baran, who has decided to pursue other professional goals.

Arvind Attri joined Kuoni Destination Management in 2007 as Manager Sales Western India and held this position for two years.

He is a Bachelor of Science graduate and also holds a Master of Tourism Administration degree from Himachal Pradesh University.

Arvind Attri has more than seven years of well-rounded experience in business development and sales, with expertise in strategic planning, product planning and target management.

Prior to joining Kuoni Destination Management, he worked for Orbitz Corporate & Leisure Travels Pvt. Ltd as Manager of Sales and Marketing.

In his new capacity, Arvind Attri will be responsible to oversee all operational, sales and marketing activities of the global sales office in Mumbai and will manage a team of six employees. He will report to Yasser Noman, Vice President India and Middle East, based in Zurich, Switzerland.
