The Fleming in Hong Kong launches 12 Days of Christmas Promotion

The Fleming hotel in Hong Kong has launched a selection of '12 Days of Christmas' year-end promotions.

The 'Winter Package's rates until February 28, 2010 start from HK$780 a night, rising to HK$980, HK$1,280 and HK$1,580 for deluxe executive accommodation. Rates include breakfast and various discounts on hotel services and F&B.

'Christmas & New Year' rates from December 15, 2009 - January 2, 2010, with a festive dinner and a one-day rickshaw sightseeing tour, priced at HK$1,488, or HK$1,788 a night for an executive room - with a surcharge of HK$1,000 /HK$1,200 a night with a guest.

The Wanchai hideaway is also complimenting the packages with a festive 'cocktail & canapé' promotion designed around the iconic Christmas carol.

It starts on December 14 with True Love, serving guests a vodka, cranberry, raspberry and pineapple cocktail with smoked salmon rose canapé.

On December 15, Turtle Doves blends gin, cointreau, lemon juice and egg white, served with Camembert and grapes.

French Hens, on December 16, is vodka, grenadine and champagne, served with egg and caviar tart.

Calling Birds, on December 17, is gin, strawberry liqueur, grenadine and coconut milk, served with salami and cocktail onion.

Golden Rings, on December 18, is a gin and lemon cocktail, accompanied by smoked salmon & avocado parcels.

The treat on December 19 is Geese A-laying, a melon, cointreau, vodka and pineapple blend, with Parma ham and melon.

Swans A-swimming on December 20 is white Crème de Cacao with vodka, white Crème de Menthe and Sprite, served with Gorgonzola & walnut.

Maids A-milking, on December 21, is vodka, orange, lime and cranberry, with Vietnamese rice paper shrimp & vegetable julienne.

Ladies Dancing, on December 22, is brown Cacao, Kuhlua, milk and cream, with crab & avocado.

On December 23, Lords A-leaping is tequila and ginger ale, served with fresh salmon tartar and sour cream.

Pipers Piping, on Christmas Eve, is Amaretto, vodka, cranberry and orange, complimented by smoked duck, strawberry & blueberry.

The '12 Days of Christmas' are completed on Christmas Day with Drummers Drumming, an elegant cocktail of champagne and cranberry, served with an equally sublime canapés, foie gras pate with black truffle and strawberry.
