British Airways and VisitBritain have teamed up to offer Singaporeans the chance to visit two cities in the UK, including London, from just Sin$1,198.

With this latest offer, travellers can fly to some of the UK’s most happening destinations - Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester and Newcastle -as well as enjoying a stopover in London, one of the world’s most vibrant capital cities.

Valid for travel from 1 February until 30 June 2009, the promotion offers passengers a twin-city getaway.

Steve Limbrick, Regional General Manager, South East Asia, British Airways said, "Any trip to Britain guarantees a wealth of experiences. Whether you enjoy city shopping, mountain walks, rock music or adventure sports, Britain has it all. So why not plan your holiday early and take advantage of British Airways’ competitive fares?”

Emma Paris, PR and Communications Manager, VisitBritain added, “All visitors to Britain want to experience London the first time they go but what few realise is that Britain’s other cities are often just as lively with great nightlife shopping, culture and sightseeing. Once they’ve seen all that London has to offer these other cities are the gateway to the rest of Britain and its history, heritage and beautiful countryside.”
