Marriott Rewards partners Air Miles Middle East

Marriott Rewards members in the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Qatar can now redeem Marriott Rewards points for Air Miles. Members who want to redeem Marriott Rewards points for Air Miles must be members of both programs.

Marriott Rewards points can be converted in the following increments:

- 10,000 Marriott Rewards points for 7,000 Air Miles
- 20,000 Marriott Rewards points for 15,000 Air Miles
- 30,000 Marriott Rewards points for 30,000 Air Miles
- 70,000 Marriott Rewards points for 80,000 Air Miles
- 125,000 Marriott Rewards points for 200,000 Air Miles

Air Miles Middle East, a leading coalition loyalty program in the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain, is owned by Groupe Aeroplan Inc., an international loyalty management corporation.

Since its launch in 2001, more than 1.7 million members have enrolled from across the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain. Members can collect Air Miles from over 120 market-leading companies including HSBC, Spinneys, Lamcy Plaza and Damas plus many more.

Air Miles offers a wealth of rewards and experiences to members such as electronics, jewelry, family days out, adventure experiences, hotel and flight bookings. Air Miles fully interactive website allows members to check their Air Miles balance any time, highlights the history of the Miles they have earned as well as allows them to redeem online from a choice of over 1,000 rewards.

Marriott International began operations in the Middle East/Africa region in 1980 with the opening of the 375-room Riyadh Marriott Hotel in Saudi Arabia. Today, Marriott Internationals presence in the region is represented by 22 properties in seven countries, offering 6,522 rooms and spanning five lodging brands: JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts in the luxury tier; Marriott Hotels & Resorts and Renaissance Hotels & Resorts in the quality tier; Courtyard by Marriott Hotels in the quality tier and Marriott Executive Apartments in the extended-stay category.

Marriott Rewards, Marriott Internationals free loyalty program, said goodbye to blackout dates in January. Now members can redeem points for rooms at 2,900 hotels every night of the year. Points may also be redeemed for airline tickets, frequent flyer miles, car rentals, cruises, retail merchandise and more.
