OAG becomes PATA's Preferred Airline Data Supplier

PATA has forged a partnership with OAG designed to further strengthen the work of the Association's Strategic Intelligence Centre (SIC).

The three-year agreement, effective January 1st 2009, entitles PATA to real-time access to historic, current and future airline schedule data including point-to-point frequencies and seat capacities to/from specific geographic regions and jurisdictions.

PATA SIC Director John Koldowski, said, "It's a major boost to our research and analysis consultancy operations and our members will certainly benefit from this exciting partnership with OAG. We're looking forward to working with our new corporate partner. OAG is a forceful and dynamic member of the travel and tourism industry and I am delighted that we will be working closely with OAG on a wide range of projects."

Hardy, OAG's Vice President, Asia Pacific, added, "The SIC has gained a reputation for excellence in delivering valuable strategic information to its members and the wider travel and tourism industry. We believe that the inclusion of OAG data will strengthen the SIC information and offer fantastic value to the PATA membership."
