Millennium and Copthorne has signed a management
contract with Al Attar Group, to manage a new 5-star hotel in
Dubai, the Millennium Plaza Hotel Dubai, located on Sheikh Zayed
road in a prime location opposite to the Dubai Exhibition center.
The hotel will feature 204 rooms and one presidential
suite, a tea lounge and an all day dining restaurant. The 61-storey
building will also feature four meeting rooms that will fit all
requirements for meeting organizers, along with a roof top,
panoramic swimming pool and a gym.
"We are proud to enter
into this agreement with Al Attar Group, which is one of the
leading companies in Dubai and we are confident that this will be
a beginning of many years of fruitful cooperation," said Ali Hamd
Lakhraim, President and CEO of Millennium and Copthorne Holdings
Limited Middle East.
