Mandalay Garden has appointed Astudo Hotel and Resort
Group, a Thailand-based hotel and resort management company, to manage
their luxury holiday residence, located on the beautiful north east
coast of Koh Samui in the Gulf of Thailand.
The Developer
of Mandalay Garden, who has just launched this new project
which is scheduled to open in 2010, chose Astudo to manage the property
and the rental program for unit owners.
Astudo provides a hospitality
platform solution for developers who need to offer professional rental
programs to their buyers. The forecast on returns on investment of
Mandalay Garden is estimated at over 6%.
Mandalay Garden
will be branded under Astudo’s 5 star luxury vacation residence brand Le
Bayburi and will consist of 39 apartments. The property features all the luxury resort facilities
one would expect, such as a restaurant, pool bar, spa
and fitness centre.
The Astudo Hotel and Resort Group already has one property open under Le
Bayburi brand in Pranburi, with another due to open in Samui in June
2009, one in Phuket in 2010 and another 3 in the pipeline.
