Rezidor signs New Park Inn Hotel in Dubai

Rezidor has signed a new Park Inn hotel in Dubai. The 220-room Park Inn Bur Dubai is scheduled to open Q2 2012.

The new Park Inn will be located in the Bur Dubai area of Dubai, which offers a convenient base for a wide-array of travellers due to its accessibility to the airport, the commercial areas along Sheikh Zayed Road, destination shopping malls, and Dubai’s famous beaches.

The hotel is also at the focal point of Dubai’s growing medical tourism area, with the American Hospital Dubai and Dubai Health Care City (DHCC) in proximity. DHCC offers an impressive collection of healthcare institutions including the Harvard Medical School Dubai Center, Dubai Harvard Foundation for Medical Research, and the Boston University Dental Health Center. Phase one opened in 2007 and subsequent phases will firmly establish DHCC as a regional hub for medical treatment.

Besides the 220 spacious rooms with balconies, Park Inn Bur Dubai will offer an all-day dining restaurant, two speciality restaurants including the trademark RBG (Red Bar & Grill), a rooftop swimming pool, and meeting space.

Rezidor’s portfolio in the Middle East now includes more than 40 hotels and close to 11,000 rooms in operation and under development.
