Futian Shangri-La Shenzhen Opens Auditorium

The recent opening of the auditorium at the Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen has added another quality meeting venue option to the metropolis city of Shenzhen.

The 209-square-metre auditorium completes the 4,800-square-metre conference and banquet facilities at the Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen. With a 93-seat theatrical setting, the auditorium is an ideal venue for awards presentations, press conferences, seminars and forums, as well as intimate concerts and film previews.

Facilities include state of the art hi-tech audio-visual equipment, projectors and screens for multimedia presentations and large-screen LCD televisions.

To celebrate the opening of the auditorium, for a minimum attendance of 50 persons, meeting planners can enjoy a special full-day introductory offer of RMB380 per person plus a 15% service charge from now on to 30 June 2009. This special deal includes:

- Auditorium rental from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.
- Two coffee/tea breaks including one themed break
- One organised buffet lunch on a group basis
- Use of LCD projector, screen and built-in audio-visual equipment
- Complimentary wired or wireless broadband Internet access
- Complimentary flower arrangements for the podium, head table and VIP corsage
- Complimentary bottled mineral water
