Island Shangri-La Hong Kong launches Weekend Valentine’s Day Promotion

The Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong has launched a weekend Valentine’s Day promotion.

The luxurious Perfect Escape package is priced at HK$28,888 per couple, and includes an exclusive six-course dinner in a private marquee at the Pool Deck on level eight of the hotel, a bottle of Veuve Clicquot La Grand Dame Rosé Champagne 1995 upon arrival, in-room Champagne breakfast, a 45-minute couple’s massage at the health club, an overnight stay in a Harbour View room and round-trip transfers in a Rolls-Royce Phantom and more.

At the Michelin one star Restaurant Pétrus with postcard views from level 56, guests will be able to enjoy a seven-course degustation menu of Oscietra Caviar, Roast Hokkaido Bay Scallops, Blue Brittany Lobster, Artisanal Angel Hair Pasta With Black Truffle and Roast Challans Duck With Arbousier Honey. The dinner is priced at HK$3,888 per couple and includes a gift of assorted chocolates in a heart-shaped box.

Alternatively, the Lobster Bar and Grill on level six is offering a four-course dinner with a half bottle of Moët & Chandon Rosé and a chocolate gift at HK$2,288 per couple. From 8 pm, New York-based Danielle will perform her jazz repertoire with Bobby West on the piano and Mike Carr on strings.

For casual dining, cafe TOO on level seven serves a dinner buffet from 6 to 11:30 p.m. at HK$698 per adult and HK$488 per child, which includes a special “couple cocktail”.

At Island Gourmet, the hotel’s patisserie on level five, guests can select from heart-shaped chocolate boxes from HK$220 or heart-shaped cakes from HK$260.

Prices quoted above are subject to a 10% service charge.
