Following the success of last year’s Boat Asia, which
saw a 22% increase in visitors and generated more than Sin$57million in
revenue, Boat Asia, one of the region’s leading leisure boat and luxury
waterfront lifestyle events, has promised that this year’s show will be
even bigger and better.
To be held for the second year running at the
world class Marina at Keppel Bay in Singapore from 23 April – 26 April 2009,
Boat Asia 2009, targeted at boating enthusiasts in the region,
will showcase the crčme de la crčme of luxury motor boats, sail
boats, keel boats, catamarans, mega yachts, and super yachts from
leading brands such as Grand Banks, Princess, Azimut, Ferretti,
Horizon, Riviera and Sunseeker.
In line with the
luxury lifestyle theme, guests will also be treated to an on-water
fashion show, yoga and belly-dance performances as well band
performances. For the first time, the on-water display area will
also feature a floating bar where visitors can refresh themselves
while walking around the exhibits. Specially invited high-net
worth individuals will also enjoy exclusive access to the Admiral
Suite, a VIP lounge with a panoramic view of the marina.
Adding another element of glamour to Boat Asia 2009 will
be the highly-anticipated Charity Gala Dinner, which raised
Sin$70,000 for the Mainly I Love Kids (MILK) Fund in 2008.

The show will be 30% bigger in terms of exhibition space,
