Casa del Mar in Langkawi Completes Beach Front Refurbishment

The Casa del Mar, a Mediterranean-style resort on Langkawi island in Malaysia recently completed a one million Ringgit refurbishment, upgrading the beach front recreation areas.

Featuring new pebble-lined walk path, wooden decking around the bar and patio areas, as well as new water features, the garden of Frangipani trees and lush flat grass is now a better place to relax and enjoy the panoramic view of Cenang beach.

Complementing the stylish exterior are the newly arrived outdoor furniture, extended deckchairs, teakwood dining tables & chairs and plushy three-seated couches, all add to guests’ comfort.

“We are incredibly excited to introduce a new guest experience through this exciting refurbished exterior at the beach front areas,” said Jason Kruse, the Casa del Mar’s general manager. “This underscores our dedication to our guests.”

Casa del Mar – meaning “Home by the Sea”  features 34 rooms, including one Royal Suite, three Deluxe Suites, three Junior Suites, 17 sea-view rooms and 11 pool-views rooms. All guest rooms are equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, ceiling fan, colour TV with cable channels, mini-bar, and hair-dryer. Designed to pamper the individual, each room has a spacious bathroom consist of bathtub and rain shower, coupled with walk-in wardrobe and a collection of spa toiletries.

Casa del Mar offers is a 10-minute drive away from Langkawi International Airport. And Langkawi Island is easily accessible by air, sea, road and rail. Guests also have quick access to Kuah Town and other tourists’ attractions such as Mahsuri’s Tomb, Rhimba Rekreasi, Lagenda Park and Underwater World, which are only 30 minutes away.
