The Stella Hospitality Group has appointed Sarah
Hallmark to the position of Marketing Manager of Peppers Retreats.
Sarah has a wealth of marketing and travel
industry experience, having held senior positions with leading
brands including Stella Travel Services, Travelscene Corporate and
Harvey World Travel Franchises Ltd over a six-year period.
Having trained in marketing in the United
Kingdom before settling in Australia in 2002, Sarah boasts
outstanding skills across the diverse sectors of travel, leisure,
retail, hospitality, corporate, franchising and more.
Prior to her appointment as Marketing Manager of
Peppers Retreats, Sarah was Marketing Manager for Travelscene
Corporate.
She has also worked as Advertising Manager for
Stella Travel Services, and in marketing and strategic alliances
for Harvey World Travel Franchises Ltd. Sarah also previously
worked as an Account Director for a boutique marketing agency in
the UK, where she specialised in working with travel and leisure
clients.
Focusing specifically on Peppers Retreats – as
separate to the luxury brand’s hotel and resort product – Sarah
will be responsible for maximising all opportunities for the suite
of properties categorised by intimate, individual experiences with
an emphasis on superb food and wine.
