Starwood Launches Toll Free Number in Vietnam

Starwood Hotels & Resorts has launched a dedicated customer toll free number for Vietnam. The toll free reservation and enquiry hotline for customers in Vietnam is 1206 5111.

“We are excited with the launch of the toll free number in Vietnam. Vietnam is amongst the fastest growing nation in Southeast Asia and in the world and has been experiencing strong leisure and business travel within and into the country. The growing demand presents us with tremendous opportunities to better serve the needs of guests here,” said Patricia Neo, Senior Director, Customer Contact Centre for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Asia Pacific. “The launch of the Vietnam customer toll free number is timely too as we build our foundation for our growing portfolio of hotels and resorts in Vietnam.”

To celebrate the the launch of the toll free number, travellers can book stays at Sheraton hotels in Saigon, Hanoi and Nha Trang from VND 2,065,111 onwards. The special deal is available until 7 September 2009 by calling the toll free number 12065111 and quoting TOL 111.

Currently, Starwood operates 2 Sheraton hotels in Vietnam : Sheraton Hanoi Hotel and Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers, and has 3 hotels and resorts under construction : Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa, The Westin Resort & Spa, Cam Ranh and a Starwood hotel in Hoi An.

Starwood currently offers dedicated toll free numbers in various destinations in Asia Pacific, including Australia, Brunei, China, Fiji, Guam, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.
