Regal Opens New Hotel in Shanghai

The Regal Jinfeng Hotel, located at the prime commercial area of Jinqiao Export Processing Zone in Pudong Shanghai, has opened for business.

Regal Jinfeng Hotel is the third Shanghai property under the management of Regal Hotels International in addition to its five properties in Hong Kong - Regal Airport Hotel, Regal Hongkong Hotel, Regal Kowloon Hotel, Regal Oriental Hotel and Regal Riverside Hotel. The company also has two other properties in Shanghai, the Regal International East Asia Hotel and Regal Shanghai East Asia Hotel. The Regal Master Hotel in Chengdu is scheduled to open by the end of 2009.

The newly built Regal Jinfeng Hotel is easily accessible from the Pudong International Airport, only 30 minutes drive away and 10 minutes from the Long Yang Road Maglev Station. Moreover, the hotel is close to the Shanghai New International Expo Center which is just 10 minutes by car.

The 28-storey hotel boasts a total of 380 guest rooms and suites, ranging in size from 29 to 70 sqm. The guest rooms are equipped with the latest technology including broadband internet access, LCD television with extensive choice of national and international satellite TV channels. In addition, a selection of rooms are furnished with kitchenette facilities to cater for long stay guests.

Guests of the Regal Club Floor have access to the exclusive Regal Club Lounge where they can enjoy complimentary breakfast, all day refreshments and personalized concierge services.

Five stylish restaurants and bars offer culinary experiences from China, Italy and around the world.

A pillar-less Ballroom, 400 sqm, and 13 function rooms from 20 - 110 sqm offer flexibility for various events. All functions rooms featuring state-of-art audio visual equipment and high speed internet.

Other facilities include a comprehensive Business Centre, a fully equipped health club with spa and massage treatments.
