Lanson Place Hospitality has signed contracts to manage two serviced residences, namely Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon in Kuala Lumpur and Lanson Place Jin Qiao in Shanghai, both for a tenure of 10 years.

Located within walking distance from the CBD Golden Triangle and other major shopping complexes in Kuala Lumpur, Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon aims to open in mid 2011 and will provide approximately 100 units of 2-3 bedroom serviced apartments.

The Lanson Place Jin Qiao is located in Pudong Green City, Shanghai, and is easily accessible to Lujiazhui CBD, Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park and Expo Shanghai Park, as well as Pudong International Airport and the site of the planned Disney Amusement Park. This complex provides 203 fully-furnished serviced apartments with 1-2 bedrooms and is set to be opened in the fourth quarter of 2009.

Following the renewal of the management contract with Lanson Place Jinlin Tiandi Residences in Shanghai last April, Lanson Place will manage two serviced residences in Shanghai. One of the serviced residences is aimed at the senior expatriate managers, while the other targets middle expatriate managers.

Lanson Place has developed a well-established network of high-end boutique hotel and serviced residences in key strategic locations in Asia. Currently, it manages one boutique hotel in Hong Kong and a total of five serviced residences in Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
