Hilton Singapore appoints Adeline Sang as Director of Operations

The Hilton Singapore has appointed Adeline Sang as its new Director of Operations. Ms Sang will oversee the overall operations of the hotels key departments including Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage and Front Office.

Over her 20-year career in the hospitality industry, Adeline Sang has worked in over nine countries holding a number of management positions with international hospitality establishments such as Hyatt Hotel and Resorts, Raffles Hotels and Resorts, Sheraton Hotels and Resorts, Ritz-Carlton and Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts.

Commenting on the new appointment, General Manager Alain Mahillon said, Ms Sangs vast experience in the regions hospitality industry is a valuable asset to our team. The hotels guest rooms and key facilities have recently gone through refurbishment projects and we are looking forward to Ms Sangs contribution in bringing our operational and service excellence to greater heights.

Ms Sang has been involved in the opening of major hotels; some of which include Sheraton Towers Singapore, Ritz Carlton Sydney, Palace Sun City South Africa and Mulia Senayan Jakarta.

An entrepreneur at heart, Ms Sang has already fulfilled her dream of setting up her own food & beverage establishments in Australia and China.
