Traders Upper East Hotel Beijing to Open in September with RMB 980 Promotion

In celebration of its opening on 8 September 20008, the Traders Upper East Hotel, Beijing has launched an introductory promotion with rates from RMB980 per night for single occupancy in a Superior room. The special introductory rates are valid until 31 December 2008.

Located in the north eastern area of Beijing’s central business district, the 419-room Traders Upper East Hotel, Beijing will be well positioned between the Third Embassy District, Wang Jing Hi Tech Park and Lido Place, home of many multinational companies, and will have easy access to the international airport and the city’s new China International Exhibition Center. Clearly visible along the Airport Expressway and the Fourth Ring Road as prominent terracotta twin towers surrounded by greenery and parks, the hotel will be close to the fashionable 798 art district, Sunlitun entertainment district and the Olympic mega-structures, the Bird’s Nest and the Water Cube.

When arriving at the hotel, guests will walk through the main entrance into a cool marbled space with soaring ceilings and walls of glass overlooking the tropical landscaped garden and water features.

Each of the hotel’s 419 contemporary styled guestrooms and suites will offer views of the city. Each guestroom will include hi-speed broadband Internet connectivity, a personal laptop-size safe, a climate control panel for heating and air conditioning, a 32 inch LCD TV with international satellite channels and a bathroom with natural light.

For guests travelling on business, a full-service business centre will meet their every need. In addition, the Traders Club offers guests express check-in and check-out, a Club lounge offering complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails as well as beverages throughout the day.

Guests will find a variety of dining options at Traders Upper East Hotel, Beijing, including Café Noir, a chic all-day café restaurant; Wu Li Xiang, specialising in Cantonese and Huay Yang cuisine; BarNone and the Lobby Lounge.

The hotel’s extensive banquet and meeting space includes the Grand Ballroom covering 472 square metres and capable of holding up to 400, and 15 flexible function rooms fitted with high-tech audio visual equipment, built-in projector screens and wireless broadband Internet access.

The hotel’s 1,000-square-metre recreation facility includes an indoor heated swimming pool, a whirlpool and a fitness centre as well as a spa offering a variety of massage and therapeutic treatments in nine private suites.
