Cream of truffled forest mushroom soup and Swiss raclette with potatoes start the evening off before moving onto an array of smoked meats, fish and roasted vegetables. Every table is presented with their individual Swiss fondue made from the finest cheeses for a truly opulent experience. The piece de resistance is a dangerously tasty chocolate fondue which is served with strawberries, raspberries, marshmallows, Madeline cookies, miniature cakes and handmade chocolate praline.

All guests are served with choices of hot white chocolate with Kaluha or hot milk chocolate with peanut butter to keeps things toasty. The romance starts from 7.00 pm and advance bookings are advised. The evening is priced at AED 175 nett per person and there is a wide selection of wines available. To complete the evening, romantic music will be rendered by a lady violinist.

In addition, an special room package awaits those wanting to make a night of it. For just AED 1999 you can enjoy a superior room double occupancy, dinner for two at the special roof top Valentines dinner, a massage each, bottle of champagne waiting in the room and a buffet breakfast the following day.
