Island Aviation Services Limited (IAS) has appointed Sharaf Travel
in Dubai as its Passenger General Sales Agent for the UAE and
Oman.
IAS is a company registered in the Republic of Maldives. The company was incepted on 13 April 2000
when it commenced domestic services within the country. IAS commenced its regional operations with its first flight to Trivandrum, India on 25th January 2008 and at
presentoperates to Trivandrum only.
The company is engaged in the provision of Domestic and Regional air services and acts as the Ground Handling Agent for all the airlines
that operate at Male’ International Airport. In addition to this, IAS operates air cargo warehouse and provides business class lounge facilities
for premium passengers at Male’ International Airport and domestic airports in the country.
Sharaf Travel, is among the top ten agencies in the UAE, and has grown
rapidly since its inception in 1991 with offices all over the United Arab
Emirates and Oman.
