Malaysia's UMW Travel adopts Amadeus Travel Management Solution

UMW Travel Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of UMW Holding Bhd, one of the largest locally-owned companies in Malaysia, has become the first corporation in Malaysia to adopt Amadeus' award-winning e-Travel Management solution (AeTM).

With over 11,000 employees and diverse business interests that include automotive, equipment, manufacturing and engineering and Oil & Gas, AeTM will help UMW Group administer its global employee travel needs and manage its corporate travel policy in a seamless manner.

UMW's Executive Director and also a Director of UMW Travel Sdn Bhd, Mr. Meor Mohar Azhar Bin Abd Ghani said, "Amadeus' unrivalled AeTM solution is an indispensable tool for UMW's comprehensive travel requirements. The unique user interface will allow our managers to find the right travel options at the right price using this integrated system.
