Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi Chiang Mai launches In-Villa Dining Promotion

Search ASIA Travel Tips .com Latest Travel News Wednesday, 5 March 2008

The Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi Chiang Mai is offering travellers a unique In-Villa Dining experience. Providing all the superior service that guests can expect at the resort’s restaurants, yet with the added touch of more personal attention, be it indoors or on the terrace.

There are three menus to choose from for this luxurious In-Villa Dining experience: Bountiful Mandalay priced at THB2,500++ per person; Dhara Dhevi Delight at THB3,600++ per person; and Lanna Kingdom at THB4,800++ per person. Each provides a tantalising array of exotic appetisers, refreshing desserts and succulent meat dishes served sizzling hot straight from the grill.

To add another exciting dimension to a wonderful night of private culinary indulgence, the resort can provide an exclusive in-villa cultural performance, with dancers performing a combination of traditional northern Chiang Mai and Lanna dances. Additionally, the evening can conclude with the favourite northern Thai tradition of releasing Kom Loys (or hot air balloons) into the night sky, a practice Lanna people believe brings good luck and blessings.
