Andrew Pang has been appointed yoo's new Managing Director, Asia .

Pang, who has over 17 years of property experience in the Asia markets, is responsible for creating business opportunities within Asia Pacific as well as the day to day running of the office. yoo is currently actively seeking development partners in the region.

Prior to joining yoo, Pang was the Executive Director for International Investments at Knight Frank Hong Kong. In this position he was responsible for overseeing all the cross border transactions between international offices covering areas such as residential developments, marketing, hotel investments and resorts developments.

yoo, the design focused branding, marketing and development company, was founded in 1999 by John Hitchcox and Philippe Starck. A global success story, the yoo brand continues to push the boundaries in innovation and has grown into an internationally respected property concept.

yoo opened a regional headquarters in Hong Kong in mid 2007 in order to bolster its presence in Asia. Over the past eight years, yoo has been working around the globe with international partners on a variety of landmark buildings and large residential projects. Projects to date in Asia have included Cape Yamu, Phuket, Thailand, JIA boutique hotel in Hong Kong, Tribeca Apartments in Melbourne and Meta by Yoo in Sydney, Australia.
