Emirates Holidays is offering a range of tailored-made packages to California, with just a month to go before Emirates Airline launches its non-stop flights from Dubai to the West Cost. Emirates’ first non-stop flights to Los Angeles begin on October 26 with flights to San Francisco to commence on December 15.

Los Angeles, a.k.a. The City of Angels, is the gateway to the west with its famous national parks. The city offers exciting tourist attractions and fabulous beaches. Star-struck visitors can revel in the glamour of Hollywood, dine with the stars on Sunset Boulevard, shop for designer goods at the famed Beverly Centre or explore the colourful street cafés on Venice Beach.

Emirates Holidays is offering the chance to fly Economy Class with Emirates from Dubai to Los Angeles, staying at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel in a standard room for three nights from AED 7,903 per person or at The Regent Beverly Wilshire for three nights in a superior room from AED 9,449 per person.

Alternatively, those looking for a more exclusive experience can fly Business Class with Emirates from Dubai to Los Angeles, staying at The Beverly Wilshire for three nights in a superior room from AED 30,120 per person.

Both of these packages include a half day city tour of Los Angeles, giving visitors an introduction to this sprawling metropolis. The tour includes a visit to the Chinese Theatre, the home of countless movie premieres in Hollywood, China Town and Beverly Hills with Rodeo Drive at its heart.

For the family, Los Angeles has attractions galore to keep youngsters entertained for days. Disneyland California in Anaheim, Universal Studios Hollywood, Hollywood Wax Museum, Legoland California and SeaWorld San Diego make a family trip to Los Angeles an unforgettable adventure.

Emirates Holidays is also offering two packages for families looking to centre their holiday on the magic of Disneyland Resort California. Both packages provide standard room accommodation at the Disneyland Hotel for three nights. The package with Economy Class flights starts from AED 7,767 per person. Alternatively, visitors can fly Business Class from AED 28,518 per person.

Holidaymakers looking for a more historical destination will be able to fly to San Francisco with Emirates from 15 December 2008. This beautiful city, located on a ripple of hills overlooking San Francisco Bay, is renowned for its cultural diversity and charm. Visitors can explore the city’s wide range of restaurants, theatres, art galleries and museums, all within easy walking distance. A cruise across the bay to photograph San Francisco’s iconic Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz Island is also a must.
