British Airways
in Singapore has launched a Price Promise promotion. Price Promise enables customers to receive a refund if they find a
lower British Airways airfare either online or through a travel agent in Singapore at any time within 24 hours of booking on
ba.com.
British Airways then guarantees to refund the difference for the same flight providing the booking class, date of travel, flight number and
travel itinerary matches the customers’ ba.com booking.
Customers can claim refunds by filling out an online claim form at ba.com within 24 hours of the original purchase and submitting evidence
of the fare quotation or if booked online a screenshot of the fare to British Airways along with the claim form.
