The Empire Hotel & Country Club
has appointed Mr. Thomas Reupke as its new Director of Operations, Country Club & Resort.
Thomas graduated from the University of Saarbrücken, Germany in Business Administration and Economics; in addition
he also holds a Bachelor degree in Hotel Management.
Thomas
has over fifteen years experience in the hospitality industry holding various positions in
hotels and resorts situated throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He has held management positions with the Sheraton Hotels,
InterContinental Hotels and other private owned properties. He furthered his experience in the
hospitality supplier industry, holding a post as Area Sales & Marketing Director for
Acentic AG and later being promoted as Managing Director Middle East for the establishment of a subsidiary in Dubai which has diversified
his expertise in the field of hospitality operations as well.
In addition, Mr. Thomas Reupke was later appointed as the General Manager for the Long Beach Ancient Village Resort & Spa, in Vietnam
and had also worked in the prestigious Kempinski Grand Hotel in Heiligendamm, Germany as a Consultant.
