Layia Hospitality, a new hotel management company, is expanding its Living Courts serviced apartments brand, with a fourth property recently signed in Dubai. Opal Living Courts is scheduled to open in Al Barsha in January 2009.

“Our Living Courts properties provide a high quality alternative for those seeking a home environment for either for a daily or a long stay.  Convenience and peace of mind come as standard, with housekeeping services, maintenance and security around the clock. Living Courts offer a true alternative to standard apartments in standard residential buildings. Rates are extremely competitive and offer an excellent value for money proposition,” said Daniel Hajjar, CEO, Layia Hospitality.

Layia Hospitality opened its first Living Courts property, Crystal Living Courts, Al Barsha, in February.

Facing The Greens, and located just off Sheikh Zayed Road and close to Dubai Internet and Media Cities, Crystal Living Courts has already proved a popular option with business and leisure travellers. This new high-rise property offers 96 spacious 100-square metre two bedroom apartments and four luxurious 140-square metre three-bedroom units.

“All Living Courts come fully equipped and fully furnished, from the television to the bottle opener, so all the customer needs to do is bring their clothes,” Hajjar added.

Each apartment at Crystal Living Courts has its own allocated parking space, while a rooftop pool, fitness centre and steam room complete the facilities available.

Opening this summer, Topaz Living Courts, Al Barsha, located facing Mall of the Emirates, will become the second property under the Living Courts brand. Offering an ideal location for business and leisure travellers, Topaz Living Courts will include 64 apartments, ranging from one bedroom units at 50 square metres to spacious three bedroom apartments covering over 130 square metres.

Topaz Living Courts will also boast a rooftop pool, fitness centre, steam bath, sauna and Jacuzzi.

Finishing off the year, Layia Hospitality will launch in Sharjah with the opening of Ruby Living Courts, located in the Al Khan area of the emirate. Ruby Living Courts will bring Layia’s serviced apartments concept to Sharjah with 146 apartments.

Ruby Living Courts is located metres away from the sea front and close to Port Khalid, the Exhibition Centre, and city centre. Leisure facilities will include a fitness centre, while an on-site café will offer healthy cuisine and in-room dining options.

The recently signed Opal Living Courts will open in Dubai’s Al Barsha in January with a total of 48 apartments.
