Aer Lingus to Increase Flights between Ireland and the USA

Travel News Asia Latest Travel News Tuesday, 25 March 2008

Ireland's Aer Lingus is to offer increased services to the USA from Dublin and Shannon airports.

From the end of October, Aer Lingus will operate double daily flights from Dublin to New York, daily flights from Dublin to Boston, four flights a week from Dublin to both Washington and San Francisco and three flights a week from Dublin to Los Angeles and Orlando.

From Shannon the airline will operate daily direct flights to Boston and New York and daily flights to Chicago via Dublin.

The recent Open Skies agreement and the addition of two additional Airbus A330 long haul aircraft have enabled Aer Lingus to expand into new markets in North America and to further consolidate its position on North Atlantic routes.
