Hotel Representation Australia signs The Racha in Thailand

Hotel Representation Australia (HRA) has added another Thailand property to its portfolio with the signing of The Racha, a luxury resort close to Phuket in Southern Thailand.

Set on Batak Beach The Racha overlooks one of Thailand’s most spectacular bays Racha Yai Island, just twelve miles from downtown Phuket.

There are a total of forty-four deluxe villas measuring a generous 43m2 excluding terraces, eleven 54m2 grand deluxe villas, six grand deluxe pool villas and four junior pool suites measuring 86m2 excluding pool and terrace and four grand pool suites measuring 93m2 excluding pool and terrace. The pride of the resort, one unique villa ‘The Lighthouse’, is a two bedroom pool villa measuring 150m2 excluding pool and terrace.

All villas feature open-air range showers and comfortable daybeds indoor as well as on the terrace. The villas also feature modern conveniences such as DVD players and broadband access.

The Racha has four restaurants and two bars plus in-villa dining. The Anumba Spa offers guests a wide range of soothing massages, body treatments and facials. Facilities at the resort include a gym, sauna, steam room, yoga room, boutique, health bar, two swimming pools which even feature underwater music, flood lit tennis and basketball courts, boats for private excursions, all terrain vehicles, mountain bikes, library and a five-star PADI dive centre. In addition, Thai cooking classes, Thai boxing classes and batik painting are available to guests.

The Racha also offers meeting facilities with a 48m2 meeting room with a seating capacity for forty persons theatre style and 34m2 boardroom for twelve persons.
