Contiki Holidays partners Garuda Indonesia Airlines

Contiki Holidays, a specialist in holidays designed for 18-35 year-olds, has signed an agreement with Garuda Indonesia Airlines, offering exclusive fares to Contiki travellers to Bali, Indonesia.

Garuda Indonesia Airlines, is Indonesia's national carrier, currently serving 22 domestic cities and 18 international destinations.

Nicholas Lim, Regional Director for Asia, Contiki Holidays, said, "Bali has been a favourite destination for South East Asian tourists for over 40 years. The island is one of the most picturesque tropical islands in the world with its sacred temples, cascading rice paddies, towering mountains and volcanoes, scenic lakes, lush tropical forests and amazing surf beaches."

In 2007, Contiki Resort Bali saw a significant increase in the number of reservations made, up 40% from the year before.

"The Balinese people are renowned for their friendliness and the shopping is second to none. The Contiki Resort Bali is located in stylish Seminyak and is a short distance from metres from the beach, making it a great base for exploring all Bali has to offer," said Natalie Le Clerc, General Manager, Contiki Resort Bali.

As part of the exclusive partnership, travellers will be able to reserve spot on a value-packed three-day two-night package to Contiki Resort Bali at Sin$408. This includes two nights accommodation with return airport transfers and daily brunch and dinner. Contiki Action Planners will also be present to take residents through a variety of free resort activities, including learning how to DJ, gym classes, beach volleyball sessions, tennis clinics, to name a few.
