The above rates and the dinner are subject to 10% service charge.

Petrus, one of the most highly rated and expensive red wines in the world, is made almost entirely from the Merlot grape. The 11.4-hectare (28-acre) vineyard of Petrus is located on a plateau in the eastern portion of Pomerol, and yields among the lowest of all the famed wineries in Bordeaux due to its method of concentrating the power and quality of the existing crop.

Island Shangri-La, Hong Kongs Restaurant Petrus commands breathtaking views of Hong Kongs stunning Victoria Harbour and is renowned for having one of Asias largest wine cellars, featuring a premium Petrus collection and extensive vintages from other famous chteaux.

Restaurant Petrus opens daily for breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m., for lunch from noon to 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m.. Reservations are strongly advised.
