Enjoy a Private BBQ Dinner at the Anantara Resort Hua Hin

Guests staying at the Anantara Resort Hua Hin can now enjoy a private BBQ experience with a personal chef cooking to order. Guests can select to BBQ a variety of fresh local Thai seafood or the best quality meats from Anantara Hua Hins butchery.

The mini BBQ cooking station is setup on the rooms balcony, with the provision of specialised chef or else, guests can put on a toque and participate in cooking themselves.

The course starts with three types of salads to share. Guests can enjoy the organic green salad with the sprinkle of balsamic vinegar and oven-dried tomatoes; Thai style spicy seafood salad; and Thai grilled beef salad. The night then continues with the main highlights which are tiger prawns; fish fillet wrapped in banana leaves and marinated with Thai herbs; blue crabs and NZ mussels.

For meat lovers, there are assorted meats to choose from, such as lemongrass skewered chicken kebab; beef satay; and pork tenderloin medallion.

The private meal concludes with fresh tropical seasonal Thai fruits and traditional Thai desserts. The resort even adds that little extra to the evening by providing a complimentary bottle of red or white wine.

The private BBQ dinner is priced at THB 3550 net per 2 persons.
