Business Class airline Silverjet has launched ‘Silverjet Mobile’, a full mobile internet service which enables passengers to access all of the functionality of its website through their mobile devices.

Passengers can access the site by entering Silverjet’s website address into their mobile browser, after which they can book flights, check their flight status, select seats, and choose meals - all from their mobile phone or PDA.

The ability to access information “on the go” is fast becoming a major business travel trend, as the demand for mobile internet services is increasing among business travellers seeking to maximize productivity while on the move.

George Henderson, IT Director, Silverjet, said, “The launch of Silverjet Mobile is a response to the clear demand for mobile travel services and further strengthens the Silverjet experience, which aims to deliver convenience at all points of our customer’s journey. This innovative service will help our customers make and manage their bookings in a way that suits their increasingly hectic schedules.”

With private terminals, fares from Dubai to London and New York start from just 8,300 AED return one way (additional taxes and fees apply), for a flight experience which includes a 30 minute check in, a flat bed, and dedicated security.

Silverjet flights depart Dubai daily at 1030 and arrive in London Luton Airport at 1445. Return flights depart from London Luton at 2100 and arrive in Dubai at 0830. Connecting flights to New York Newark are also available, departing London Luton Airport at 1645.
