Lorievelle Valeriano joins Best Western as Spa Operations Manager

Lorievelle Valeriano has joined Best Western from the world-renowned Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai where she was Assistant Spa Manager in the Assawan Spa & Health Club.

Ms Valeriano’s responsibilities there included embracing and promoting the Jumeirah philosophy and culture which is noted for the high expectations that surround its ‘legendary customer service’ concept with its emphasis on flawless spa processes coupled with impeccable health standards and human resource compliance.

A fully qualified spa therapist, Lorievelle is expert in everything from Balinese and Swedish massage, to aromatherapy massage, hot stone massage and comprehensive wrap and scrub treatments.

Graduating from High school in Alberta Canada, she added a BSc in physical therapy from Nueva Ecija College, Philippines, followed by several beauty treatment certifications and a City and Guilds Diploma in International Teaching and Training Skills which she obtained with distinction. She has also several times been commended for her all-round leadership excellence.

As Spa Operations Manager at Best Western International Lorievelle is responsible for the operations and management of Best Western’s regional Spa Brand together with BWI regional operations team. Spa by Best Western is to be launched in 2009.
