Hertz Australia's Value Vouchers Programme

Hertz Australia is offering customers its Value Vouchers programme, offering travellers in Australia a wide range of discounts and deals on attractions and activities including theme parks, dining and sightseeing.

With every holiday rental, customers at selected Hertz locations receive a free book of up to 17 Value Vouchers offering specials from 2-for-1 tours to rental car upgrades.

"Our Value Vouchers are very popular among leisure travellers in Australia, and our 2007/2008 programme again offers renters opportunities to stretch their travel dollars, and enjoy their holidays," said Wayne Burgoyne, Director of Sales and Marketing for Hertz Australia.

Hertz Value Vouchers are offered to all leisure renters in eight mainland destinations - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane/Gold Coast, Cairns/Far North Queensland, Adelaide, Perth, and Darwin.

A selection of the discounts offered includes:

Sydney: 15% off Sydney Tower visit and Oz Trek, 15% off Sydney Aquarium, 10% off Shopping Spree Tours

Melbourne: 10% off Gold Pass entry cost - Sovereign Hill gold rush theme park - Ballarat, 10% off cost of fully inclusive dinner - Colonial Tramcar Restaurant, 15% off Melbourne River Cruises

South East Queensland: 20% Discount Story Bridge Adventure Climb, 10% Discount Wales in Paradise

Cairns/Far North Queensland: 10% off Quicksilver Outer Barrier Reef or Low Isles cruise, 10% off Rack Room Rate at Clarion Hotel, 20% discount at The Deck Steakhouse and Lighthouse Restaurants

Adelaide: 15% discount Greenhills Adventure Park, Hertz one car class upgrade, 2-for-1 Adelaide Oval Tours

Perth: 25% off Captain Cook Cruises, 15% off Rivergods paddling adventures, 25% off Western Australian Maritime Museum

Darwin: 20% off TreeTops Restaurant, 20% off Kakadu Air Services sightseeing

One book of Value Vouchers is provided per car for every Hertz leisure rental, and vouchers are valid for use throughout 2008, unless specified otherwise.
