WANTED: Bangkok-based Expatriate Group Director of Sales and Marketing

SALA Hotels and Resorts is currently seeking an expatriate Group Director of Sales and Marketing.

The Bangkok based expatriate will lead the current Thai sales team (currently headed by Group DOS - Khun Omapatt), and direct the group's Hong Kong based PR firm, as well as work with the hotel GMs and VP Operations to drive worldwide sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications Needed:

- 3-5 years of DOS/DOM experience at 5 star property or corporate level.
- 2-3 years Thailand, or Asian Experience.
- Extensive knowledge of high-end leisure resort markets.
- Extensive knowledge of, and experience with all facets of high-end resort sales and marketing issues.

This is a new position for the group, and remuneration is flexible based on qualifications, but the package would include international standard components such as:

- Salary - approx. $5,000/month
- Housing allowance.
- International insurance plan.
- Annual leave ticket home.
- 5 day work week.

SALA Hotels and Resorts' first property, SALA Samui, has been up and running successfully for just under 4 years. The second property, the SALA Phuket, opened last December and has already earned excellent reviews. The group's third hotel, the SALA Chiang Mai is expected to open later this year.
