The St. Regis Shanghai has appointed Ms. Amanda Elder as General Manager. Ms. Elder previously worked in Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Australia and Thailand, as well as opening the first Starwood property in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Ms. Elder, a native Australian, has a bachelor’s degree of Arts from Auckland University, New Zealand, majoring in English and Politics; she has nearly 20 years working experience in the hospitality industry.
