Carlson Hotels opens Portuguese-themed Country Inn & Suites in Goa

Carlson Hotels, one of the world's largest privately owned hotel companies, has opened the Portuguese-themed Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Goa on the western coast of India. 

Owned by multinational conglomerate Phoenix Group Global, the 106-room resort off Goa's Benaulim Beach is approximately 35 minutes from Dabolim Airport. The resort has two impressive banquet halls with the latest audio visual equipment and business support services.

"India is one of our major growth markets and Carlson currently has 24 hotels under four of its brands throughout the country," said Martin Rinck, President & Managing Director, Carlson Hotels Worldwide - Asia Pacific. Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Goa has a 24-hour coffee house, a speciality seafood grill restaurant, a modern health club and spa, children's play area and daily activities for guests.
