Catering to an ever-increasing demand for luxury, serviced accommodations and hot on the heels of recently opened 393, a second CHI Residences property, 279, has opened its doors in the heart of Kowloon in Hong Kong.

To celebrate the opening of 279, travellers can take advantage of a special Chinese New Year package of HK$900 – HK$1,300 a night.

“The proven popularity of CHI Residences has resulted in the opening of our third property, 279, located in the heart of cosmopolitan and dynamic Kowloon,” said CHI Residences owner and operator, Pilar Morais. “Leveraging upon the success of our first two properties - flagship 120 and 393 – we continue to provide what  people really want from a serviced residence at 279, namely peace and space to breath in an exciting and dynamic city.”
