Hang started his career at the Raffles group, he worked his way through managerial positions and gained the experience that led to being part of the pre-opening team for the Raffles Le Royal, Phnom Penh, Grand Hotel Siem Reap and Swisshotel Merchant Court, Bangkok as well as Swisshotel Merchant Court Sydney, Australia.

With over 17 years experience behind him and an intrinsic knowledge of hospitality from the foundation up, Hang is well equipped to lead the team and continue to build on the success of Pacific Hotel Siem Reap Angkor.
