InVision to rebrand Swiss Park Hotel as Glow Hotel @ Sukhumvit 11

InVision Hospitality, a Thailand-based consultancy and management company headed by CEO - Kevin J. Beauvais, recently acquired the Swiss Park Hotel on Bangkok's Sukhumvit Soi 11.

Swiss Park Hotel is currently a mid tier hotel that consist of 108 rooms with full facilities and services. The hotel is located in Bangkok’s CBD on Sukhumvit Soi 11 and is a short walk from from BTS Nana Skytrain station, restaurants, bars and shopping area.

Further development plans for the hotel are to expand and modernize the number of rooms with a completion date in the last half of 2009. Renovations of the existing rooms and public areas will be in two phases. The hotel will remain open and serving guests during the renovations which are estimated to cost around 150 million Baht. Once renovations are completed, the hotel will be re-launched as Glow Hotel @ Sukhumvit 11.

The hotel is extremely well situated on Sukhumvit Soi 11 and upon completion of renovations and the rebranding to Glow next year will further add to the renaissance well under way on Soi 11. All the fundamentals existing, including like-minded joint venture partners which will help the project achieve robust returns and relevance in this mid-tier hotel market.”

InVision Hospitality’s sales, marketing and reservation team is currently managing all sales, marketing and reservations services out of its regional offices on the 5th floor of Goldenland Building, Soi Mahardlek Luang 1, Rajdamri Road, Bangkok.
