Karma Samui Resort appoints Mark Kitchen as General Manager

Karma Resorts has appointed Mr. Mark Kitchen as General Manager of the Karma Samui Resort.

Mr Kitchen has a wealth of experience in the luxury accommodation sector, having held senior management positions in Mexico, the Caribbean, Mauritius as well as spending the previous eight years in Fiji at renowned properties Vatulele Island Resort and Namale Resort and Spa.

An Australian national, Mr Kitchen has more then 18-years of international hospitality experience and is an holder of a Diploma in Hotel and Resort Management from Queensland University of Technology.

The Karma Samui Resort is nestled in a serene cove with a stunning tropical beach, it is just 15-minutes drive away from the islands international airport. The resort's 36 pool villas are arranged in five terraces, maximising the sea views and creating a village-like atmosphere. Elements of Thai and contemporary architecture merge to create the perfect harmony of East meets West.
