The five-star Corinthia Palace Hotel in San Anton, Malta will have guests applauding as they check in for a special three-night package
surrounding the Friday June 8 2007 concert of world class tenor Jose Carreras.
The package includes three nights at the
Corinthia Palace Hotel, daily buffet breakfast and one gourmet dinner at Villa Corinthia, the
hundred-year old elegant and historic restaurant located in the hotel. The highlight of the package is coveted tickets to the sure-to- be-sold out
Jose Carreras concert --- including chauffeur driven transport to and from the venue. The cost is $486 per person sharing a twin deluxe room.
Reservations must be booked by March 31, 2007.
Mr. Carreras performance will take place in the historic Valletta St. George Square, framed by its dramatic backdrop of the
renowned 16th Century Presidential Palace and Parliament. He will be accompanied by the National Orchestra of Malta, conducted by David
Gimenez, who has directed orchestras for prominent soloists from Vienna to New York to Tokyo. Although the concert space will seat 3,000
music lovers, tickets are already difficult to obtain.
