Two Hotels join Preferred Hotel Group's Sterling Brand

The Preferred Hotel Group has two new members - The Fleming in Hong Kong and the Royal Park Shiodome Tower in Tokyo. The two hotels have joined Preferred under the Sterling Hotels collection. Sterling Hotels is a growing global hotel brand with nearly 50 hotels in 17 countries, ranging in size from 150 rooms to 400 rooms or more.

Listed in the 2007 Conde Nast Traveler Hot List, The Fleming is located in the heart of Hong Kong's famous Wanchai business and entertainment district and a short stroll to the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre. Minimalist in design but cozy in feel, its 66 stylish rooms offer the latest technological essentials such as plasma TV, wireless internet and cordless phone. Executive rooms offer the added comforts of DVD player, kitchenette and even a yoga mat while business travelers can make use of the 3-in-one fax, scanner and printer. A chic all day restaurant serves international fare. The Fleming is located at 41, Fleming Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Located in Shiodome, one of Tokyo's new city centres, Royal Park Shiodome Tower occupies the 24th to 38th floor of Shiodome Tower. A covered underpass directly connects the hotel to the JR and Yurikamome Lines as well as three subway lines. The 490 rooms are well appointed with high ceilings and superb views of Tokyo. For guest convenience, the rooms are equipped with an integrated TV/Cyber-Concierge computer system with internet access. Four restaurants and lounge offer Japanese, Continental and Chinese cuisines with panoramic views of the city.
