Per Aquum seeking Managing Director Spa Collection

Per Aquum, a company which spearheads a collection of award winning imaginative resorts, spas and residences, is seeking a suitable person to lead its Per Aquum Spa Collection.

The selected candidate will continue the growth and development of the Spa Collection and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The person will lead the operations and be responsible for the overall management and development of the spa collection to include financial returns, standards of operation, business and project development, human resources, sales & marketing, spa training, brand awareness and building.

The successful candidate will provide leadership and strategic management to drive future development. Sound business planning and financial acumen is essential, as the person will be responsible for the development of a number of current and future projects.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in spa management, be commercially astute and be outcomes orientated with a proven track record in the management and development of spas including expertise in its marketing and business development. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to aid in building and maintaining relationships with owners, resort/hotel managers, journalists and other stakeholders is also vitally important. 

Based in the Maldives, Per Aquum is offering a US$ tax free salary, performance bonus of up to 60% of annual salary, medical insurance, flight ticket to passport country once a year, R&R trips, accommodation and living allowance, phone allowance, 4 weeks holiday p.a., on a minimum 2 year contract.
