Korean Air has launched new scheduled passenger flights between Incheon International Airport (Seoul), Korea and Zhengzhou, China. With this new route, Korean Air's network in mainland China is expanded to 21 destinations.

The two to two-and-a-half hour flight will operate four times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, using Boeing 737 aircraft seating 187 passengers.

Flights will depart Incheon at 14:50 and arrive in Zhengzhou at 16:20 local time. Return flights will depart Zhengzhou at 17:20 and arrive at Incheon at 20:25 local time.

Korean Air is the only non-Chinese carrier which flies Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan Province, and Korean Air’s Incheon~Zhengzhou flight is the only international flight for the Chinese city.

Korean Air’s operation is expected to greatly enhance the convenience of foreign business and leisure travelers who wish to reach the region, a center of domestic transportation and home to many historic sites and factories.
