Bangkok has opened a new signature restaurant on its 31st floor, the Rib
Room and Bar, or in short, RR&B.
Located on the 31st floor of the
hotel, with views of the Bangkok skyline, RR&B is a restaurant that specializes
in steakhouse favourites. The food, prepared in a high-tech open kitchen by a hand-picked team of talented chefs,
seamlessly bridges the gap between classic and contemporary cuisine.
On arrival on the top floor, RR&B’s
Bar is the first focal point. With its illuminated floor-to-ceiling counter and dazzling display of vodka and gin bottles, enhanced by subtle lighting, contemporary
design and background music, the Bar is aiming to become one of the chicest places in town.
The restaurant has a choice of seating, with dark wooden tables featuring a distinctive copper metal centre-piece,
designer leather place mats and hand-crafted tableware created to omit ambience and comfort. Each table is
illuminated only by its own lighting, allowing even better views of the city.
At the heart of RR&B is the open kitchen in a Ferrari-red color.
Guests can gaze in awe at the skills of the culinary
maestros as they go about creating some of the fine cuisine. The kitchen has been equipped with a genuine spit
roast oven as well as one of the few wood-burning ovens in this part of the world.
